Files
Files hold the documents your team works from, such as requirements, specifications and notes. Each file belongs to a workspace.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”| Maximum size | 25 MB per file |
| Who can upload or delete | Owners, admins and members |
| Who can download | Everyone in the workspace, viewers included |
Integrity
Section titled “Integrity”When you upload a file, the app computes its SHA-256 fingerprint and sends it along with the file. WeHarness computes the fingerprint again on arrival. If the two differ, the upload is rejected. A file marked verified arrived exactly as it was sent.
Files are stored by their fingerprint inside each workspace. If you upload the same file again in the same workspace, no second copy is stored.
Downloads
Section titled “Downloads”A download uses a private link that is valid for 60 seconds. The link opens a download; it does not display the file in the page. WeHarness checks that you are a member of the workspace before it creates the link. A link that has been changed in any way is refused.
Deletion
Section titled “Deletion”When you delete a file, nobody can open or download it from that moment on. The stored contents are removed once no other file in the workspace uses the same contents.
Where files are stored
Section titled “Where files are stored”Files are kept in a private object storage bucket in the European Union (Cloudflare R2, EU jurisdiction). The bucket has no public access. See Security for more.
